They are a combination of 6 wonderful and powerful supplements... You have your Multi Vitamin. It’s got a whole brigade of vitamins and minerals... Zinc (super healing) Iron, Magnesium, a good multi vitamin is important to help you absorb all the other nutrients that your body needs. Then there is Skin Antioxidant. Think of this as an internal SPF. It protects against artificial light (Lupin) and UVA light (Liopin). It has green tea which protects the cell DNA, Bilberry which is anti-inflammatory and helps with redness, and a huge combination of antioxidants that protect the skin from harmful free radicals. There is a Skin Omega. This has Omegas 3 & 6 and is SUPER anti-inflammatory which helps massively with redness and enhances the protective barrier of the skin.
