Appointment information.

Facial treatments. Please check your forms carefully, ensuring that if doctors consent is required, this has been sent to us prior to your appointment. Please also make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your facial appointment.

Microneedling. Please check your forms carefully, ensuring that if doctors consent is required, this has been sent to us prior to your appointment. If you have opted for face, neck & décolleté, wear suitable clothing (ideally a vest top or something that can be removed and dressed with easily). Please make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your microneedling appointment.


B12 Vitamin injections. All forms must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your B12 appointment.

St Tropez Spray tanning. To ensure the best possible tan, please exfoliate the day before your appointment, paying careful attention to areas such as the knees, elbows and ankles. Try not to apply any oils, lotions or moisturisers to your body on the day of your tan as this can affect the tanning process. Bring/wear loose clothing to you tanning appointment, and wear suitable footwear (no boots, tight shoes) Flip flops are great! Arrive make up free.


Eyelash extensions. Please ensure you have been in for your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Arrive make up free (on the eye area), paying careful attention to any stubborn mascara from the day before! Feel free to bring earphones with you if you would like to have some chill time. Please also make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your eyelash extension appointment. If you have tested positive for Coronavirus since your last appointment, a new patch test will be required.

LVL Lash Lift. Please ensure you have been in for your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Arrive make up free (on the eye area), paying careful attention to any stubborn mascara from the day before! Feel free to bring earphones with you if you would like to have some chill time. Please also make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your LVL appointment. If you have tested positive for Coronavirus since your last appointment, a new patch test will be required.

Dermalux LED Phototherapy. Please check your forms carefully, ensuring that if doctors consent is required, this has been sent to us prior to your appointment. Arrive with minimal make up or make up free if possible.

The gel bottle Gel Nails. If you still have gels on from a previous appointment or from somewhere else, please make sure you book an 'add on removal' to your appointment to ensure we have enough time for the full treatment. If you would like a full pedicure with gels (soak, hard skin, scrub) book a Gel Pedicure instead.

Waxing. Please make sure you have left enough time in-between your waxing appointments. If you have shaved prior to you wax appointment, please be aware that we will not be able to remove all of the hairs as these will be too short and strengthened by recent shaving.


Manicure/Pedicure. Please allow an extra 10 minutes drying time for your nails. These will only be touch dry. If you would like nails that are dry and set immediately, select the gel option instead. We can provide disposable flip flops, however, if you are bringing your own footwear (recommended), please ensure they are open toed, have no crossing straps, are nothing enclosed etc.

Massage. Please check your forms carefully, ensuring that if doctors consent is required, this has been sent to us prior to your appointment.

Tinting. Please ensure you have been in for your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Arrive make up free (on the eye area), paying careful attention to any stubborn mascara from the day before! Please also make sure that there has been a minimum of 2 weeks between any Covid-19 Vaccine and your tinting appointment. If you have tested positive for Coronavirus since your last appointment, a new patch test will be required.

And the rest...

Cancellation Policy. We know your time is precious, and so is ours… If you cannot make your appointment or would like to cancel part of your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This can be done by phone (not text), email, or via our online booking app. If you are unable to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, a 50% treatment fee will be charged to your account. However, if we can fill your appointment (we do have waiting lists running), we will of course waiver this charge. If you miss your appointment or cancel during your appointment time, 100% of your treatment cost will be charged. 

Parking. Free, on street parking is located directly outside the salon (please by mindful of our neighbours driveways!) 

 

Late Arrivals. We will always do our best to accommodate wherever possible, however, should you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly so that this does not affect the following clients. The full fee will however still be charged.
