If you are not a tablet taking kind of person, this is GREAT. It's a powder form, for gut inflammation and digestive issues. It sort of acts like a conditioner for the intestine, helping to heal and strengthen it after things like spicy foods and processed foods. Oh and alcohol! This is actually one that is great to take before a night out. Alcohol makes your glutamine levels drop, this stabilises it again. It's also great for food poisoning and travel sickness too, but all in all, just a good all rounder for keeping your gut and digestion in top notch!
