Build up time frame. Use in the evening. Pre cleanse, cleanse, tone as normal. Use the spatular to apply a thin layer to the face, neck and decollete. Leave on the skin for 10-20 minutes and remove with tepid water. Follow with your serums/moisturisers.

Week 1. Use twice a week. 10 minutes.
Week 2. Use 2-3 times a week. 20 minutes.
Week 3. Use 3-7 times a week. 20 minutes.
Week 4. Use 3-7 times a week. Leave on the skin overnight.

Advanced users can use the Cit/Gold Roller with this too.
